The Imperfect Festival

In a sleepy village perpetually stuck in a bizarre time loop, an overambitious local mayor continually attempts to organize the 'perfect' town festival. Confronted by a series of comic disasters – from rogue livestock to inexplicable weather patterns – he must team up with a sardonic outsider who holds a clue to breaking the loop, all while learning that perfection isn't the key to happiness.
